Very Old Basket Yam Ceremony Mask, Wosera Area, New Guinea. This old mask has no remaining paint on it but has a beautiful patina from many years of use in yam cycles. 17.25 inches tall, 8.5 inches at the widest part, and 4.5 inches deep. A very fine and striking piece.
